Ron Babbage

I entered teaching in 1980 and have worked within three local authorities. I was appointed as Headteacher of St. John’s in 1991. Since that time I have enjoyed being part of this ever changing organisation.

Married with three children, I am a local businessman. My wife and I have owned and managed Greycourt Florists in Kempston since 1977. My first association with St Johns was through taking students on work experience. I am actively involved in my local church and have been a youth leader for 30 years. In my spare time I enjoy playing and watching sport, and reading
