

Dates & Times:
A list of term and holiday dates is available from the school office.
School commences at 9.05 am; lunchtime is 11.45 to 12.30 pm (Primary) followed by a break and 12.30 to 1.30 pm (Secondary). School ends at 3.20 pm.
School Transport:
Transport arrangements are the responsibility of the Local Authority following referral by school. The School Transport Officer is based at County Hall and can be contacted on 01234 228157. Completion and changes in transport arrangements can take up to 15 working days to finalise.
Transport is provided for all those who require it. New parents/carers will be notified by the School Transport Officer of approximate bus times, and the names of the driver and escort, upon completion of the arrangements.

Meals
A wide variety of healthy food is always available at lunchtime and the school is committed to providing children with a nutritious and balanced diet. Our kitchen is able to accommodate special dietary needs. A school dinner costs £1.40 payable one week in advance.
If preferred, a packed lunch may be brought to school.
Parental Contributions
In order to assist the school in providing a variety of activities, parents are requested to make a financial contribution each term. The amount will vary between departments and will depend upon the planned activities for that term. A letter requesting the contribution will specify the activities and account for spending. These are entirely voluntary and no pupil will miss out if there is no contribution. However, the activity itself may have to be cancelled through lack of funding.
Clothing
All pupils with the exception of those in the Post 16 Provision are required to wear school uniform .If parents/careres wish to purchase items of uniform with the school logo on. The order forms can be obtained from the school office or downloaded from the school web site.
All items of clothing need to be labelled.
